This is an experiment project. Just log in with your name and your language. Ask your friend to log in with a different language (or you can do this on your same machine). When you do chatting, it will convert your chatting stuff to the receiver's language - absolutely on the fly! This makes the life easier when your friend's or your client's first language is different from yours.

I am searching some person who can finance on this project and have a nice complete web application up for the people.

I used yahoo's babelfish for translation.
